CoFlow Review - An Honest Mirror for Leaders and Teams
A deep unpacking of business and communications that reveals where you're wasting energy, money, and time—and how to regain clarity and focus.
Who needs this?
Founders and CEOs of companies with a turnover of several million dollars per year.
Managers who feel that “the company is working, but is stalling.”
C-level leaders who lack an honest external view and clarity.
Those who are entering a new role/market and want to quickly find focus.
What pains does it solve?
Chaos of ideas and overload → no priorities;
the team works, but the energy goes down the drain;
a lot of talking, few recorded decisions;
leader burnout, no support;
lack of an honest mirror - all around is "yes-yes-yes".

Methodology
I work according to the author's method "Archietktor Beregov" and use the CoManager storage and processing system, which analyzes real communications and helps to reveal hidden meanings.
I teach this approach at Harbour University and use it with clients such as ThyssenKrupp, Visa, and EPAM.
